| Summary | Glory to God, always! The lowly among the priests Yassmāwun… Hama and its vicinity. The poor servant who seeks his mighty Lord’s mercy, Bishop Yassmāwun, the son of the priest Jurjus from the protected city of Hama, looked into it and verified its meanings, adding his notes on top and on the bottom. [The book] belongs to Brother Būluṣ, the priest from the area of Kafrbaham. No one is invested by God with the power to steal it or to acquire it by satanic trickery. Everyone who transgresses, shall be subjected to the cutting command, woe to him, woe to him who is content with that! From God we seek help! And this in the year 7130 of our Father Adam, peace be upon him! |
