SummaryThe book was completed with the good will of the generous king, by the hand of the poorest of the servants, the priest Buṭrus Shāhayyāt from the Monastery of Saint Yūḥannā al-Ṣāʾigh in the association of al-Shuwayr, in the Convent of St. Mīkhāʾīl al-Zūq. It is an eternal endowment for [the monastery]. It was executed on 30 January in the year 1827 AD. May everyone who comes across it ask for his mercy and forgiveness from the merciful king. Amen.
