Most probably, he meant the Hijri era which corresponds to 1691 CE. If this is correct, it means that the transcription of this manuscript took two years and the work was in separate codicological units that were joined together later because some of the first books in the manuscript were transcribed in 1693 and other later books were transcribed in 1691. |
